(BEDFORD) – A Bedford man was arrested Thursday morning after Bedford Police found his vehicle parked at a car wash running with no one around.
According to Bedford Police Chief Terry Moore, an officer was on normal patrol in the area of 15th and L street when he noticed the vehicle.
“While checking on the vehicle officers noticed a male sleeping in the back seat. They opened the door and was finally able to wake the male, 52-year-old Ronald Hollars. Ronald seemed confused and incoherent.”
Hollars gave officers consent to search his vehicle and inside they located a substance that tested positive for meth and drug paraphernalia.
Hollars, of 210 Schores Lane, was arrested on charges of possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance, and public intoxication on a controlled substance.
