Bedford Man Arrested after Breaking into Apartment

(BEDFORD) – A Bedford man was arrested after Bedford Police officers were called to the 1200 block of 15th Street Tuesday morning after a report of someone breaking into an apartment.

The victim told officers that Conn kicked in his door and he wanted to file charges.

“When officers arrived they were told by the victim that a male, identified as 18-year-old Gabriel Conn, just left pushing a moped,” says Chief Terry Moore.

Officers found Conn a short distance from the apartment.

“Conn showed signs of being intoxicated and began yelling and causing a disturbance and continued doing so after being asked to lower his voice,” said Chief Moore. “Conn was arrested.”

Conn is facing charges of residential entry, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct.
