(BLOOMINGTON) – City of Bloomington Utilities (CBU) Service Center will be closed from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 12 so that staff from Customer Service and the Cashier office can attend training in preparation for the new Smart Meter Customer Portal roll-out this spring.
During this brief time period, payments cannot be made in-person at 600 East Miller Drive or over the phone, but payments can still be completed online at bloomington.in.gov/utilities/pay-bill.
Any emergencies should be reported to the City of Bloomington Utilities at 812-339-1444.
