College Goal Sunday 2020 to Help Complete FAFSA on Feb. 23

(UNDATED) – Financial aid professionals will be volunteering at 37 sites in Indiana to help college-bound students and their families open the door to financial aid during College Goal Sunday.

The free program assists Indiana students in filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid or FAFSA.

The FAFSA form is required for students to be considered for federal and state grants, scholarships, and student loans at most colleges, universities, and vocational/technical schools nationwide.

Your FAFSA form must be received by the federal processor on or before April 15th to be considered “on-time” for Indiana state grant funding. Evan Bayh 21st Century Scholars are required to complete and submit a FAFSA form to claim their Evan Bayh 21st Century Scholarships.

College Goal Sunday will help all college-bound students, including Evan Bayh 21st Century Scholars, complete the FAFSA properly.

The FAFSA must be filed by April 15th to be eligible for Indiana financial aid.

College Goal Sunday will take place at 2 p.m. (local time), Sunday, February 23rd, 2020. The programs will begin promptly at 2 p.m., and most sites will close by 4 p.m.
