(MITCHELL) – Lawrence County Chief Deputy Aaron Shoults reported both wolves have been located and secured.
Earlier: This morning at 5:36 a.m. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the 500 block of Harrison Road in Mitchell.
After arriving on the scene, the owner of two wolf-hybrid dogs reported that they were missing from their enclosure.
As a safety precaution, should anyone in that area see or come into contact with the dogs they should not approach or attempt to catch them.
Call 911 immediately and the appropriate personnel will be dispatched to the area.
