  • 12:39 a.m. An officer was requested to IU Health Hospital. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department responded

  • 4:28 p.m. Property damage accident at State Road 37 and 39th Street
  • 11:56 a.m. Property damage accident at Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue. A male was cited for having no insurance

  • 7:23 a.m. Follow up investigation in the 3690 block of Coveyville Road
  • 8:10 a.m. Medical emergency in the 110 block of Stonegate Court. A 78-year-old was ill.
  • 8:13 a.m. Report of an unwanted person in the 3160 block of South I Street. A male is holding another male at gunpoint. Indiana State Police also responded. The caller signed a no-trespass order against the other male. One male was taken to Meadows Hospital
  • 8:33 a.m. Medical emergency at the White River Lodge
  • 8:32 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Main Street
  • 9:56 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and at the Sinclair station
  • 11:47 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and State Road 60 West
  • 11:55 a.m. Request for animal control to the 10 block of Overlook Drive for two stray dogs
  • 12:03 p.m. 911 call at Millersburg in Orange County reporting a tree across the roadway. Orange County Sheriff’s Department alerted
  • 12:26 p.m. Traffic stop at Bartlettsville and Wallner Quarry roads
  • 2:21 p.m. Medical emergency at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital a patient was taken from the emergency room to IU Health Hospital ICU unit
  • 2:29 p.m. Report a tree across the roadway at Peerless and Harold Smith roads
  • 2:31 p.m. Request for animal control to the 860 block of Trinton Circle for a yellow lab. The dog has been shot in the neck
  • 3:06 p.m. 911 call in the 1420 block of Buddah Road
  • 3:39 p.m. Report of a large amount of trash dumped on the caller’s property in the 1170 block of East Grissom Road
  • 3:42 p.m. Medical emergency in the 180 block of Bridwell Street. A person was suffering chest pains
  • 3:47 p.m. 911 call hangup. Dispatch then received a second 911 call but was unable to contact the caller
  • 4:06 p.m. Medical emergency in the 550 block of Cavey Cox Road. A 34-year-old female was unconscious
  • 4:08 p.m. Request for a welfare check in the 210 block of Leatherwood Circle. The manager at Garden Villa reported a wife of a patient came in for a visit and the couple got into an argument and the wife slapped the patient. The wife was escorted off the property and said she was going home to kill herself. Police spoke to the wife and she was fine. The wife was just stressed and frustrated with Garden Villa and the care her husband is getting. She told police she slapped her husband’s leg because he smarted off to her.
  • 4:27 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and 39th Street. The driver was cited for an expired license plate
  • 4:58 p.m. Agency assist at Teke Burton Drive and Main Street
  • 5 p.m. Countywide volunteer fire department radio test
  • 6:08 p.m. Traffic stop in the 800 block of West Main Street in Mitchell
  • 6:23 p.m. A woman locked herself out of her home in the 7790 block of Tunnelton Road and two small children are locked inside the home. They were able to open a window and gain entry
  • 6:27 p.m. Report of a tree in the roadway in the 8910 block of US 50 East. Police received a second call reporting a second tree down on US 50 East in Jackson County. Jackson County Sheriff’s Department alerted
  •  6:28 p.m. Report of a deer lying next to the roadway that has been hit by a vehicle. The deer was put down 
  • 6:54 p.m. Traffic stop at South 9th and Wright streets
  • 6:59 p.m. Unwanted person in the 160 block of Rockwood Drive. The caller believes someone was trying to break into her basement. Police found no issue. Police will make extra patrols
  • 7:07 p.m. Domestic fight in the 330 block of Sasser Drive. A female gathered her belongings and left
  • 7:30 p.m. Follow up investigation in the 4660 block of State Road 60 East
  • 7:33 p.m. Vehicle fire in the 90 block of Ridge Road, near the old school building. Indian Creek responded. It was a controlled fire
  • 7:40 p.m. Threats in the 360 block of South Leatherwood Road. The caller says a male is making threats. The caller refused to cooperate with officers when they arrived
  • 7:48 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1200 block of West Brook Street. A person was having trouble breathing
  • 9:28 p.m. 911 call on Orange County Road 470 West
  • 9:36 p.m. Traffic stop at Rager and North Meridian Road
  • 10:56 p.m. Lift assist in the 440 block of East Vine Street
  • 11 p.m. Vandalism in the 3150 block of State Road 60 West at Fibertech. Windows were busted out of the building

  • 12:07 p.m. Citizen assist in the 5690 block of Bartlettsville Road. The female says she is living with a male and both parties are on the lease. The woman says the male has removed her items from the house and not letting her into the home. She would like to speak to an officer
  •  12:24 a.m. A person was at the Mitchell Police Department to speak to an officer
  • 12:27 a.m. A person was at the Mitchell Police Department to speak to an officer
  • 12:56 a.m. Agency assist at Reveres Food & Fuel. A male was passed out in a vehicle
  • 1:04 a.m. Report of a tree in the roadway at State Road 60 West and State Road 60
  • 1:54 a.m. 911 call hangup in the 300 block of 18th Street. It was an accidental call
  • 2:08 a.m. Report of a tree and power lines in the roadway sparking in the 1860 block of Leatherwood Road
  • 2:44 a.m. Domestic fight in the 120 block of Sunny Acres Drive. A person has busted out a window of the home.
  • 3:10 a.m. A male was given a ride from Doc Hamilton Boulevard to the Marathon station on State Road 37
  • 4:12 a.m. Agency assist in the 100 block of Josephine Street in Orange County. Request for an ambulance for a house fire
