Photograph Your Forest Winter Contest

(UNDATED) – Winter may bring snow or ice, and the leaves fall from the trees, but it opens up countless new views and opportunities to enjoy your public lands. 

The Hoosier National Forest is over 200,000 acres, spread across nine counties from Monroe Lake to the Ohio River in south-central Indiana. 

There are limitless opportunities to capture great photographs.  The winter photography contest is open from December 2, 2019, through February 28, 2020. 

Photographs can be submitted to alexander.johnson@usda.gov or mailed to: Hoosier National Forest, Attention: Alexander Johnson, 248 15th Street, Tell City, IN 47586.

With your photo include: the date the photo was taken, location of the photo, your name, category of the photo, and preferred contact information.
