  • 8:07 a.m. Medical emergency in the 520 block of West Grissom Avenue. The person was suffering pain from withdrawals

  • 1:54 p.m. Medical emergency – a person was suffering from chest pains. No location was noted on the log
  • 2:07 p.m. Agency assist in the 600 block of 9th Street in Oolitic for a home visit. There was no one at the home and no vehicle at the location.
  • 2:30 p.m. A male was given a courtesy ride to the 1380 block of South Meridian
  • 2:37 p.m. Warrant service in the 500 block of West Oak Street at the rooming house
  • 2:40 p.m. Warrant service in the 610 block of West Warren Street.
  • 2:46 p.m. Warrant service in the 1150 block of Camelot Courts
  • 2:49 p.m. 911 call from the first floor of the IU Health Hospital. The female told police she was locked in a bathroom in the Dr.’s office and can’t get out. She was eventually able to unlock the door and exit the bathroom
  • 3:03 p.m. Warrant service in the 1040 block of Stevens Lane
  • 3:06 p.m. Agency assist in the 100 block of Park Lane in Oolitic. Child Services request an officer to assist in a report of possible sexual abuse. Officers then went to Susie’s Place in Bloomington
  • 3:16 p.m. Warrant service at Camelot Courts. A person was arrested
  • 4:45 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a black Honda Civic southbound on State Road 37 at Oolitic
  • 4:59 p.m. Officers were out with a vehicle at Cresthaven Funeral Home
  • 5:26 p.m. 911 call at State Road 37 and 16th Street
  • 5:27 p.m. Medical emergency in the 10 block of Maple Ridge Road. A man was having trouble breathing. Once emergency crews arrived he refused assistance
  • 6:14 p.m. Request for animal control to the 1480 block of Earl Road to set traps for two stray cats
  • 6:39 p.m. Domestic fight in the 270 block of Kentucky Hollow Road. A female juvenile reported her mother hit her hand with a hammer. The daughter says her mother is accusing her of sleeping with her mother’s boyfriend. A male at the home says the daughter scraped her hand with the claw end of the hammer and told them she was going to tell police her mother hit her. The mother says her daughter was upset because she took the battery out of the daughter’s cell phone as a disciplinary action and because the mother would not let the daughter walk to a juvenile male’s home. The mother and male say the daughter then began throwing canned goods around the home and struck the mother in the leg with one. The mother was asked about accusing the daughter of having an inappropriate relationship with an adult male. The mother says she was talking about the juvenile male that her daughter has been involved with and gotten in trouble with in the past. The mother says her daughter is on medication but believes she is not taking it. The daughter does have an appointment with a therapist at Centerstone tomorrow (Thursday)
  • 7:14 p.m. Juvenile problem in the 3610 block of Old Vincennes Road. The caller says her 8-year-old son is out of control and putting holes in the wall and hitting his 1 and 2-year-old siblings. The child was transported to a treatment facility in Bloomington themselves
  • 7:53 p.m. A resident in the 2100 block of Reuter Lane says she was pulling out of the Mitchell McDonald’s and her daughter told her she thought she hit something with her vehicle. She got out and looked and didn’t see anything damaged but wanted to let police know in case someone reports she did
  • 8:13 p.m. Medical emergency at the Dollar General Store in Judah. A 16-year-old was ill
  • 8:14 p.m. Agency assist with Indiana State Police on a traffic stop in the 300 block of Main Street in Oolitic
  • 9:41 p.m. 911 call from Mitchell Road and 18th Street reporting the man that hit him in the head two months ago with a hatchet is walking down Mitchell Road
  • 10:26 p.m. 911 call in the 380 block of Wilson Street in Orleans reported there was a fire in the caller’s attic. Orleans Fire Department was alerted
  • 10:55 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1480 block of Wesley Chapel Road. A 48-year-old was having trouble breathing

  • 1:55 a.m. Report of an erratic driver in a gray truck with no rear lights at State Road 37 and US 50 West
  • 4:59 a.m. Medical emergency in the 630 block of South 9th Street in Mitchell. A 46-year-old was having trouble breathing
