(INDIANAPOLIS) – Governor Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags in Howard County to be flown at half-staff for former Kokomo Mayor Robert “Bob” Sargent.
Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on the day of his funeral, Saturday, November 2, 2019.
Gov. Holcomb also asks businesses and residents in Howard County to lower their flags to half-staff on Saturday.
