(BEDFORD) – It is time to sign up to participate in the Lincoln Elementary 2019 Christmas Bazaar.
The Bazaar is on December 7th from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Tables will be available for setup on December 6th from 6 p.m. until 8 pm. Vendors will also be able to set up on the morning of the Bazaar starting at 7 a.m. All vendors must be ready prior to 8 a.m.
Each space is $35 and includes one 6 foot table and 2 chairs. Space is approximately 8ft x 6ft. Due to space restrictions, if you have extra tables or clothing racks please specify under “special requests” in order to better assist you. Also, keep in mind space is limited to the 8ft by 6ft area.
All tables must be covered. Covers must meet the floor if boxes/extra inventory, etc. are stored underneath the table.
Officials reserve the right to limit the number of direct sales vendors and the number of vendors in a particular category (i.e. jewelry).
Electricity is available on a limited, first-come, first-serve basis. Again, if you must have access to an outlet, annotate it in the “special requests” section of this form.
Booth must be manned at all times. Officials ask vendors do not start tearing down prior to 2 p.m.
Absolutely no firearms, knives, alcohol, or tobacco use are allowed on School Property.
Registration and payment are due no later than November 25. All payments are non-refundable.
