  • 8:43 a.m. 911 call from a motorist northbound on State Road 37. It was an accidental call
  • 8:58 a.m. Police made extra patrols at Briarwood Apartments
  • 9:12 a.m. Police made extra patrols in the 610 block of Moore Lane
  • 9:19 a.m. Medical emergency in the 9140 block of State Road 37. A person was having trouble breathing

  • 12:44 p.m. A 47-year-old cancer patient passes away at a home in the 140 block of Eastern Heights Drive. The assistant coroner was alerted

  • 1:41 p.m. Theft of medication from a purse while the female was working at the Dollar General Store in Oolitic

  • 3:39 p.m. Agency assist at John Williams Boulevard and X Street
  • 3:58 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a white F-250 at State Road 446 at the Monroe County line
  • 4:02 p.m. Protective order violation in the 100 block of West Vine Street
  • 4:04 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a white Chevy truck southbound on State Road 4:05 p.m. Medical emergency in the 800 block of Lafayette Avenue in Oolitic
  • 4:14 p.m. Theft in the 3630 block of Leatherwood Road. A male was on station to report the theft of Ruger 11/45 semi-automatic 22LR caliber pistol

  • 4:22 p.m. Document service in the 1800 block of State Road 60 East. The person came on station to pick up the documents

  • 5:15 p.m. 911 call in the 20 block of Teke Burton Road. It was an accidental call
  • 5:18 p.m. Domestic fight in the 1960 block of Dunn Bridge Road. The caller says his grandparents are harassing him and he wants them to leave
  • 5:23 p.m. Medical emergency in the 4130 block of Kings Ridge Road. An 85-year-old female was too weak to stand
  • 5:32 p.m. Fire alarm sounding in the 260 block of Schores Lane. The caller says her mother took her husband to the hospital and found he was suffering from carbon monoxide exposure. Shawswick VFD reported no carbon monoxide was detected in the home
  • 5:33 p.m. Traffic stop at Doc Hamilton Boulevard and 12th Street
  • 5:38 p.m. 911 call in the 600 block of West Temperance Street in Ellettsville. Monroe County Sheriff’s Department was alerted
  • 5:39 p.m. Report of an erratic driver at Old State Road 37 at Johnny Junxion in a white Ford SUV
  • 6:12 p.m. Traffic stop at Springville Judah Road and Morning Side Drive. A 19-year-old male was arrested for reckless driving after being stopped east of Cobb Lane on Springville Judah Road
  • 6:33 p.m. Disabled vehicle at Mill Creek Road and Mill Creek bridge. Police were unable to locate the vehicle
  • 6:57 p.m. Citizen assist at Mitchell Police Department
  • 7:31 p.m. Traffic stop at Lawrenceport Road, south of Tunnelton Bono Road
  • 7:43 p.m. Medical emergency in the 120 block of West Warren Street. An 8-month-old was choking. Mitchell VFD responded and cleared the baby’s airway
  • 7:52 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of Frank Street in Mitchell. The caller says the truck is parked in her yard in the back of her house. The truck belonged to the neighbor who was unloading tires
  • 8:09 p.m. Request for animal control to the 200 block of East Frank Street for a border collie running in the street
  • 8:12 p.m. Medical emergency in the 2150 block of Beaver Creek Road. A 64-year-old male collapsed
  • 8:14 p.m. Traffic stop in the 4930 block of US 50 East
  • 8:37 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a red car southbound on State Road 37 at Root’s RV. The driver consented to allow police to search the vehicle. The driver was issued a summons to appear in court. The brother drove the car home
  • 8:58 p.m. Drug investigation in the 100 block of East Hancock Avenue for a strong odor of marijuana coming from a garage. Nothing was found
  • 10:44 p.m. 911 call in the 1070 block of Noe Road. It was an accidental call

  • 1:40 a.m. A resident in the 320 block of Wells Avenue requested to speak to an officer about a dispute with his girlfriend
  • 4:14 a.m. Medical emergency in the 410 block of Louis Smith Road. A 68-year-old woman’s ribs were hurting and she was having trouble moving

  • 6:50 a.m. Truck/deer accident at State Road 37 at the dealerships
  • 7:30 a.m. Car/deer accident on State Road 37 at Washboard Road
  • 10:13 a.m. Property damage accident with a vehicle leaving the scene on Mill Creek Road on the Springmill property
  • 2:38 p.m. Car/deer accident at State Road 158 and Lavender Lane
  • 3:37 p.m. 911 call reporting an accident involving a school bus at John Williams Boulevard and X Street
  • 7:17 p.m. Car/deer accident at State Road 37 at Oolitic
  • 9:52 p.m. Information report taken at Vinegar Hill Road and Vinegar Hill Addition. The caller says she hit a der and it put a small dent in the driver’s side door
  • 9:54 p.m. Property damage accident at Grissom Avenue at the railroad tracks. Those in the accident were in a domestic fight at the time of the accident
