  • 5:23 p.m. Medical emergency in the 4130 block of Kings Ridge Road. An 85-year-old female was too weak to stand
  • 5:32 p.m. Fire alarm sounding in the 260 block of Schores Lane. The caller says her mother took her husband to the hospital and found he was suffering from carbon monoxide exposure. Shawswick VFD reported no carbon monoxide was detected in the home
  • 5:33 p.m. Traffic stop at Doc Hamilton Boulevard and 12th Street
  • 5:38 p.m. 911 call in the 600 block of West Temperance Street in Ellettsville. Monroe County Sheriff’s Department was alerted

  • 6:12 p.m. Traffic stop at Springville Judah Road and Morning Side Drive. A 19-year-old male was arrested for reckless driving after being stopped east of Cobb Lane on Springville Judah Road

  • 7:43 p.m. Medical emergency in the 120 block of West Warren Street. An 8-month-old was choking. Mitchell VFD responded and cleared the baby’s airway
  • 7:52 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of Frank Street in Mitchell. The caller says the truck is parked in her yard in the back of her house. The truck belonged to the neighbor who was unloading tires
  • 8:09 p.m. Request for animal control to the 200 block of East Frank Street for a border collie running in the street
  • 8:12 p.m. Medical emergency in the 2150 block of Beaver Creek Road. A 64-year-old male collapsed
  • 8:14 p.m. Traffic stop in the 4930 block of US 50 East
  • 8:37 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a red car southbound on State Road 37 at Root’s RV. The driver consented to allow police to search the vehicle. The driver was issued a summons to appear in court. The brother drove the car home
  • 8:58 p.m. Drug investigation in the 100 block of East Hancock Avenue for a strong odor of marijuana coming from a garage. Nothing was found

  • 7:30 a.m. Car/deer accident on State Road 37 at Washboard Road
  • 10:13 a.m. Property damage accident with a vehicle leaving the scene on Mill Creek Road on the Springmill property
  • 2:38 p.m. Car/deer accident at State Road 158 and Lavender Lane
  • 3:37 p.m. 911 call reporting an accident involving a school bus at John Williams Boulevard and X Street
  • 7:17 p.m. Car/deer accident at State Road 37 at Oolitic
  • 9:52 p.m. Information report taken at Vinegar Hill Road and Vinegar Hill Addition. The caller says she hit a der and it put a small dent in the driver’s side door
  • 9:54 p.m. Property damage accident at Grissom Avenue at the railroad tracks. Those in the accident were in a domestic fight at the time of the accident
