(SOUTH BEND) – South Bend Community Re-Entry Center and Warden Charles Bowen are pleased to recognize Administrative Assistant Crystal Gardner with the facility’s first Character Coin.
Ms. Gardner was recognized for her positive attitude, willingness to help others, and consistently exceed performance expectations. Ms. Gardner is known to assist others when needed and to take on duties outside of her job classification in order to better serve the need so the facility.
Warden Bowen stated, “The character coin was created to acknowledge staff who show integrity, honesty, loyalty, and who continue to strive to help others and go above and beyond expectations.”
