Learn about DISC Method at Bloomington Women in Leadership Event

(BLOOMINGTON) – Bloomington Women in Leadership will be hosting an event on Tuesday, October 15th from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Elks Lodge, at400 N Walnut Street.

Sandra Forester will teaching the group about the DISC Method.

DISC is a personal development assessment tool that measures an individual’s preferences, tendencies, and behavioral style.

The four styles identified in the DISC model are Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. There is no right or wrong style, and no style is better than another. It is the combination of the four styles that makes an individual unique.

The ultimate goal of any DISC training is to incorporate the knowledge learned to improve productivity, teamwork, and communication in our busy and often times stress-filled lifestyle.
