(BEDFORD) – Veterans interested in continuing or starting their college education are invited to an informational session Monday, Sept. 30 from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the StoneGate Arts & Education Center, at 931 15th St.
Officers from Veterans Affairs will be on hand to answer questions in addition to Oakland City University staff and veterans currently enrolled at OCU.
The discussion will include the benefits of the GI Bill for veterans’ use, including tuition, book allowance, and housing expenses.
Participants will receive a tour of StoneGate, and light refreshments will be served.
