  • 5:03 a.m. Information reported taken in the 1290 block of Stevens Lane
  • 5:57 a.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle parked in a the caller’s driveway in the 1360 block of Port Williams Road. The vehicle left and the caller is requesting extra patrols
  • 6:21 a.m. Report of a suspicious female at Oolitic Road at the bridge with a flashlight. Police were unable to find the female
  • 7:13 a.m. Report of contained wildland fire in the 5100 block of US 50 East
  • 7:16 a.m. Controlled fire in the 2110 block of State Road 60 East
  • 7:26 a.m. Officers made extra patrols at Heltonville School
  • 7:50 a.m. Officers made extra patrols at Shawswick Schools
  • 8 a.m. A resident in the 20 block of Fleetwood Drive reported a neighbor pulled a knife on her dog in front of her kids on the school bus. The dog had got loose and was barking at the man while he was walking down the road. Police were unable to find the man
  • 9:42 a.m. Controlled fire in the 3580 block of Old Farm Road
  • 11:50 a.m. Medical emergency
  • 12:02 p.m. A medical alert alarm was sounding at Jay C Plus. There was no emergency
  • 12:54 p.m. Report of a child outside of the Mitchell library banging on the glass window and yelling. There was no adult with the child. There was also a group of five to six male juveniles outside after closing hours
  • 1:28 p.m. Medical emergency in the 430 block of Poplar Way. A 54-year-old fell
  • 1:42 p.m. Request for animal control to Trinton Circle for two pit bulls running loose and the dogs are aggressive
  • 2:16 p.m. Medical emergency at Becky’s Place. A 35-year-old female was having severe stomach pains. An AMR ambulance responded
  • 2:43 p.m. Disabled vehicle at Meridan Road and Doc Hamilton Boulevard
  • 2:52 p.m. Report of a suspicious male walking house to house on State Road 37 asking people if they need work done. The male was gone when police arrived
  • 2:47 p.m. Report of a possible suicidal male in the 660 block of Motocross Road. Police were unable to locate the male
  • 3:36 p.m. Medical emergency in the 820 block of Ramsey Ridge Road. A 65-year-old was having trouble breathing. The person was transported to IU Bloomington Hospital
  • 4:46 p.m. Domestic fight at West Main and 11th streets. Two females are yelling about a wallet and phone
  • 5:12 p.m. Report of an unwanted group of people outside of the Mitchell library causing a disturbance and they are refusing to leave
  • 5:38 p.m. Report of an abandoned vehicle at Seventh Street and Lafayette Avenue in Oolitic. The vehicle was tagged for towing
  • 6:15 p.m. Request for animal control to the 2160 block of Harrodsburg Road. The neighbor’s dogs keep attacking her dogs. This is an on-going issue
  • 6:25 p.m. A woman found a syringe near the driveway in the 200 block of Patton View
  • 7:08 p.m. Medical emergency in the 450 block of East Vine Street. A 60-year-old was complaining of chest pain
  • 7:23 p.m. Report of unsafe shooting in the 1110 block of Breckenridge Road. Police found three males shooting in a safe manner
  • 7:26 p.m. Citizen assist in the 1470 block of Harrodsburg Road
  • 7:37 p.m. Citizen assist in the 1210 block of Elm Park Drive
  • 7:44 p.m. Medical emergency on BNL Drive behind the Career Center. A 17-year-old student was complaining she could not feel her head or arms.
  • 8:25 p.m. A resident in the first block of Maddox Lane reported a male called her cell phone and threatened her sons, saying he just bought a gun and “will take care of business.”
  • 8:36 p.m. Traffic stop at Doc Hamilton Boulevard and Meridian Road
  • 8:38 p.m. Report of a Jeep Wrangler broke down on the side of the road on State Road 60 East, west of Springville
  • 9:13 p.m. Traffic stop at Meridian Road and East Deckard Drive. A citation was issued for expired license plates
  • 9:18 p.m. An inmate was transported to IU Health Bedford Hospital. Then released on his own recognizance
  • 9:28 p.m. Protective order violation in the 1470 block of Harrodsburg Road
  • 9:40 p.m. Disabled semi on State Road 60 East
  • 9:41 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 58 East and West Powerline Road
  • 9:41 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 at the Oolitic light
  • 10:03 p.m. Agency assist at State Road 37 and State Road 58 East
  • 10:26 p.m. A person was on station to report the theft of a Playstation in the 400 block of Old Farm Road
  • 10:37 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1950 block of Guthrie Road. A 90-year-old female fell
  • 10:43 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and State Road 58 East. The driver was cited for operating a vehicle while never licensed and expired license plates and false or fictitious registration driving while driver’s license
  • 11:32 p.m. Vandalism in the 1170 block of Camelot Courts. A male was throwing rocks at an apartment. Officers will make extra patrols
