(BEDFORD) – The Lawrence County Correction Board will meet in executive session at the Office of Lawrence County Corrections at 918 16th Street in Suite 900 on Aug. 27 at 3:30 p.m. for the following purposes:
1. With respect to any individual whom the governing body has jurisdiction, to receive information concerning the individual’s alleged misconduct; and to discuss, before a determination, the individual’s status as an employee as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6 (b)(6); and
2. To discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(9).
