(WASHINGTON) – The Daviess County Commissioners are applying for owner-occupied Housing Rehabilitation funds from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority.
The grant, if awarded, will provide rehabilitation on eligible houses owned by low and moderat- income persons living within the limits of Daviess County.
Assistance is based upon household size and income.
You must own the house, be living in the house, contract sales are not eligible, and single-wide trailers are not eligible.
Applications to qualify for assistance will be taken on August 12th from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. and on August 20th from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Daviess County Courthouse Commissioners Room.
