(BLOOMINGTON) – Bloomington Police detectives are investigating the theft of thousands of dollars worth of skincare products from Blooming Skin Care and Acne Clinic at 407 South College Avenue.
The burglary happened early Sunday morning between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m.
Police say the burglar smashed through one of the windows, leaving behind spots of blood and fingerprints but not before leaving with between $8,000 to $9,000 in products.
Owner Christina Brown says these products in the wrong hands could be dangerous.
“He took a lot of higher-end serums, the corrective products that are smaller bottles and boxes, higher price tag,” she told FOX59 news. “Some of them are quite strong and used on the wrong skin, they can be very, very troublesome.:
