(BEDFORD) – Bedford woman was arrested after Bedford Police were called to the 1700 block of M Street about a possibly intoxicated woman.
Police stopped 30-year-old Samantha Turpin, of 1707 M St., who showed the usual signs of intoxication.
“When officers attempted to place handcuffs on her, she started yelling and kicking at officers,” Chief Terry Moore added. “Officers had to place handcuffs on her while she resisted forcibly.”
Turpin was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication.
