Cyrus “Ed” Gilliatt, 75, of Bedford, died at 6:12 a.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2019, at Stonebridge Health Campus.
Born June 24, 1944, in Orange Co., he was the son of Odos and Dessie (Cuzzort) Gilliatt. He married Linda Baker and she survives. He retired from Laminated Tops of Central Indiana and had owned S & L Creative Corner. He was a member of the Bedford Lions Club.
Survivors include his wife, Linda, is a daughter, Patty Ikerd, and husband, Troy, of Heltonville; two granddaughters, Alyssa Jade Spears and Kaylee Beamer; a god-daughter, Jaclyn Hughes; two sons, Don Smith, of Scottsburg and Greg Gilliatt, of Bicknell; a daughter, Lisa Gilliatt, of Bicknell; a sister, Erlene Brown and husband, Lester, of New Palestine.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Yvonne Hudson.
Cremation was chosen. No services are scheduled at this time.
