(NEEDMORE) – Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department detectives are investigating a stabbing that happened early this morning on Sasser Drive.
“This is still an active investigation and we are still gathering details will release information as soon as possible,” says Sheriff Mike Branham.
At 4:49 a.m. deputies were called to a home at 360 Sasser Drive after a report of two males bleeding from lacerations.
The incident involved a 23-year-old male and 56-year-old male.
Both were transported to local hospitals and one was flown by helicopter to another hospital for treatment.
