(BEDFORD) – A Bloomington woman was injured when she lost control of her car during a storm while traveling on Bluesprings Caverns Road early Sunday morning.
According to a Lawrence County Sheriff’s report, 41-year-old Tiffany Corbin was traveling east on Blue Springs Caverns Road, east of Dr. Austin Lane, during a heavy rainstorm that hampered her visibility.
Police say she ran her car off the roadway while maneuvering through a curve and struck the guardrail.
Corbin complained of back pain and was taken by an IU Health Hospital ambulance to IU Health Bedford Hospital for treatment.
