(BLOOMINGTON) – A Bloomington teen reported his apartment was broken into this week and someone stole his television, an Xbox gaming system and, his herb grinder and $40 worth of marijuana.
According to a Bloomington Police report, the 18-year-old arrived home Monday and found the items missing from his apartment on East Amy Lane.
According to police, the teen can’t be arrested for having marijuana, because it was stolen and not in his possession.
