Police say 27-year-old Chelsey Herrell of Clarksville, TN was taken by ambulance to Daviess Community Hospital where she later died from her injuries.

A passenger in the vehicle, 30-year-old Ron Trotter, also from Clarksville, TN, was taken to Daviess Community Hospital by personal vehicle to be treated for his injuries.
