(BEDFORD) – The Limestone Heritage Festival Photo Contest will accept entries from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. June 27, 2019 in the meeting room of the Lawrence County Museum.
There will be three categories: Limestone in architecture; limestone in nature and general limestone photos. Photos should be at least 5×7 and not larger than 11×15 in size. They must be matted and can be framed and must be suitable for hanging.
The photos will be judged before the exhibit opens on Friday at 5 p.m. Guests will vote for a People’s Choice award. Participants will receive ribbons of first, second, and third places in each category. The People’s Choice winner will receive a large rosette ribbon and a cash prize.
Entries are $5 each and a person may enter as many times as they like.
Entries may be picked up from 3 p.m. until 4 p.m. on June 29, 2019 and 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on July 2 and July 3, 2019. All entries must be picked up by 4 p.m. on July 3, 2019.
