(WASHINGTON) – Daviess County officials will use a $50,000 grant to develop a strategic plan to make the county more attractive to business.
The plan will feature local input, critical data, and project identification. The key growth areas include talent attraction, housing improvement, and quality of place enhancement.
A team of Daviess County leaders will present the data collected at public town hall meeting at Eastside Park in Washington on June 11, and at the Odon Community & Senior Citizens Center in Odon on June 12.
Both sessions will run from four p.m. until six p.m.
