ISP And Ellettsville Police Arrest Two For Dealing Meth

(MONROE CO.) – On Tuesday, May 14th, a lengthy investigation by the Indiana State Police Drug Enforcement Section culminated with the arrest of two people from Ellettsville for dealing meth.


Over the course of several weeks, officers conducted surveillance, interviews, and multiple controlled buys.
A search warrant was ultimately obtained for a residence in Lindsey Hayes Trailer Court in Ellettsville. Ellettsville Police officers Sgt. Eric Chaudion, Officer Zachary Michael and Officer Alec Leggio along with ISP District #33 ACES Sgt. Greg Day, Trp. Chris Griggs, Trp. Gabe Bault, and Trp. Caleb Garvin assisted ISP DES in executing the early evening search warrant.
During the search, officers seized 160 grams of meth, drug paraphernalia, scales, and other items of dealing evidence. The two occupants of the residence were arrested and incarcerated at the Monroe County Jail.
Police arrested 53-year-old Laura Richardson and 45-year-old Michael Anderson on charges of dealing meth and possession of meth. Richardson also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
