(COLUMBUS/LAWRENCEBURG) – The Indiana Department of Transportation is hosting open houses in Columbus and Lawrenceburg this week to present the 2020-2024 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) and Public Involvement Plan (PIP).
Transportation infrastructure improvements being discussed include bridge and pavement renovations, as well as safety, congestion, mobility and emergency response in southeast Indiana.
The public is encouraged to attend these meetings to provide feedback on planned projects and transportation needs of the community. INDOT personnel will be available to address any questions or concerns regarding these topics.
