  • 3 p.m. Request for animal control to Water and Market streets for a pregnant beagle that was dumped at an abandoned house
  • 3:13 p.m. Traffic stop at Parkwood and Pumphouse roads. A male was arrested and cited for a seatbelt violation
  • 3:23 p.m. Report of a suspicious person at Bartlettsville and Elkins roads. The male was attempting to flag down vehicles. Police were unable to locate the male
  • 3:32 p.m. Report of a semi eastbound on US 50 East about to lose his load of culverts
  • 4 p.m. Suicidal perosn in the first block of Iroquois Street. The caller says her daughter is receiving messages via Facebook from a 12-year-old male who is having suicidal thoughts. The male told police he didn’t mean what he had written
  • 4:26 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1350 block of Judah Logan Road.
  • 4:32 p.m. Traffic light at the construction site at State Road 54/58 West is flashing red in all directions
  • 5:39 p.m. Request for animal control to the 3220 block of Leesville Road for an injured cat in their yard

  • 8:16 p.m. Report from a 12-year-old female in the 130 block of TV Tower Road that someone was in her home. It was the child’s grandfather
  • 9:29 p.m. Traffic stop in the 6260 block of Sand Pit Road. A male and female were arrested
  • 9:32 p.m. Report of trespassing in the 1950 block of Spencer Pike Road
  • 9:44 p.m. A resident in the 1300 block of Hayes Road reported she came home to find someone had attempted to go up her driveway stopped and backed out causing much of the gravel to be dragged down the driveway with the vehicle. Her mailbox was also knocked down and is having problems with people parking on her pull off at the bottom of the driveway. She is requesting extra patrols
  • 10:03 p.m. Report of a large amount of smoke in the area of State Road 50 East and South 9th Street. It was a wood stove
  • 10:17 p.m. Follow-up investigation in the 1960 block of Spencer Pike Road
  • 10:22 p.m. Warrant service in the 650 block of Vinegar Hill Road
  • 10:42 p.m. Threats in the 2070 block of South Leatherwood Road. A male caller says he is receiving threatening calls from another man threatening to rape and harm him and if the call can be traced he would like to press charges. The male came on station to speak to an officer
  • 10:42 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 60 East and State Road 37 at McDonald’s
  • 11:04 p.m. Report of a suspicious person at Wendy’s in Mitchell
