  • 12:05 p.m. Request for animal control in the 1580 block of State Road 60 East. A small dog has been kept in a shed for about three years and the collar is rubbing the dog’s hair off. The dog is losing all its fur and covered in fleas. The owner was advised

  • 12:33 p.m. Request to speak to an officer regarding a missing female. The caller received information the missing female was in Macon, Georgia with a friend. The missing female is mentally unstable and requests to know what the next step it if she goes to get her and she refuses to leave
  • 12:47 p.m. 911 call in the 600 block of South 8th Street. No contact could be made
  • 12:53 p.m. Report of a camper on fire in the 229 block of Knob Creek. The Red Cross was contacted because the camper was a total loss. At 2:46 p.m. Additional manpower was requested

  • 9:27 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a blue Honda southbound on State Road 37 from the river bridge. The driver is speeding up, slowing down and slamming on their brakes

  • 9:41 p.m. Officers were out with a person at North 7th and West Main Street in Mitchell
  • 10:21 p.m. Traffic stop at Rabbitsville Road and Doc Hamilton Boulevard

  • 11:12 p.m. A female was on station to report her daughter came home from her father’s today and says he has been touching her inappropriately since she was five

  • 12:13 a.m. Domestic fight in the 1620 block of State Road 54 in a neighbor’s driveway
  • 12:54 a.m. Report of a suspicious male at Hancock Avenue, west of Knott Street. Two males carrying a white bag and flashlights and going house to house picking up stuff and looking in mailboxes. Police were unable to locate the males but will make extra patrols
  • 1:01 a.m. An inmate needed to be transported to a local hospital
  • 4:22 a.m. Vandalism at Persimmon Park Apartment. The caller says someone busted out a windshield of a vehicle
  • 4:28 a.m. Medical emergency in the 4180 block of Dixie Highway for a cancer patient
