When officers arrived, they found 50-year-old Angela Householder walking along L Street.
“While speaking with Ms. Householder, she showed the usual signs of intoxication and would not cooperate with officers,” says Bedford Police Chief Terry Moore. “Officers then attempted to place handcuffs on her, and she started resisting and refused to lower her voice while screaming and cursing at officers. After several officers arrived to assist, she was handcuffed and transported to Bedford Police Department for processing then to jail.”
Householder was arrested on charges of public intoxication, resisting arrests and disorderly conduct.
