Indiana State Trooper Noah Ewing Receives Three Awards

(INDIANAPOLIS) – Indiana State Police Superintendent Doug Carter presented Trooper Noah Ewing with the following prestigious awards:


Life Award- Trooper Ewing apprehended 72 impaired drivers in 2018, which was 5th overall for the entire Indiana State Police.
Jasper District Trooper of the Year- Jasper District Commander Lieutenant Jason Allen selected Trooper Ewing for this award due to his outstanding enforcement actions during 2018.
Jasper District’s Top OWI Trooper -Trooper Ewing was Jasper District’s Top OWI trooper with 72 impaired drivers apprehended during 2018.

Ewing is a Pennsylvania native and 3 year veteran of the Indiana State Police. Ewing graduated from the 75th Indiana State Police Recruit Academy in November of 2015. After graduating the Recruit Academy, Ewing was assigned to the Jasper Post where he has primarily patrolled Orange County. Ewing was recently selected to serve on the Jasper District All Crimes Policing Team, which primarily focuses on drug interdiction and impaired driving detection.
