Man Arrested After Breaking Into Apartment, Found Naked In Parking Lot

(BEDFORD) – Bedford Police officers were called to Ridgewood Apartment at 4:58 p.m. Wednesday after a report that a man entered an apartment without the resident’s permission.

The male was identified as 49-year-old Kevin Williams.
According to Bedford Police Chief Terry Moore, Williams walked into an apartment that was not his, took off his clothes and got into the shower.
“The resident didn’t know Mr. Williams, but knew he lived nearby,” says Chief Moore. “The victim said he went to the bathroom, but Williams had locked the door. Williams walked out of the bathroom in his underwear and left the apartment and walked towards his apartment. The resident said Williams then walked back towards his apartment naked.”
The resident locked the door with Williams trying to enter the apartment.
“Mr. Williams then broke the front apartment window with his arm/hand and entered back through the window,” Chief Moore says.” The victim exited the apartment while Williams was still inside and called the police.”
The victim said Williams then ran out of the apartment naked before finally falling to the ground where officers found him.
Williams was transported to the hospital for treatment then to jail.
Officers also obtained a search warrant for Williams apartment, which added to his original charges.
Williams is facing charges of residential entry, maintaining a common nuisance, public nudity, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief and possession of a Chinese throwing star.
