  • 8:28 a.m. Traffic stop at US 50 East and Eastlake Drive
  • 8:44 a.m. Report of an unwanted female juvenile found sleeping in a truck in the 3320 block of Tunnelton Road. The caller does not know the juvenile. Police say it was not a juvenile and the female was dropped off at a home in the 1800 block of 30th Street
  • 10:58 a.m. Citizen assist in the 2600 block of Sixth Street. A male was on station about his daughter being on drugs
  • 12:36 p.m. An officer received a text from a male in the 1960 block of Spencer Pike Road stating his mother was on drugs and he would like to speak to an officer and the Department of Child Services
  • 11:31 a.m. Controlled fire in the 2670 block of Judah Logan Road
  • 11:35 a.m. A resident in the 430 block of Davey Cox Road reported they were being harassed by their neighbor. The neighbor is taking his business signs. The signs were given back and no criminal charges were pursued
  • 11:36 a.m. 911 hang-up call. A text message was sent to the phone
  • 12:38 p.m. Follow up investigation in the 360 block of South Leatherwood Drive.
  • 12:41 p.m. Citizen assist in the 700 block of Main Street behind the flea market, The caller says a female is taking some of his merchandise. The red Dirt Devil was returned to the caller
  • 1:10 p.m. Medical emergency in the 8750 block of East State Road 450. A female was unconscious and not breathing. Williams VFD first responders and an ambulance crew responded
  • 1:30 p.m. 911 call in the 2510 block of Brinegar Boulevard reporting a domestic fight between the caller’s son and the son’s girlfriend
  • 1:41 p.m. Traffic stop at West Frank and South 8th streets
  • 2:12 p.m. Follow up investigation in the 1960 block of Spencer Pike Road
  • 2:17 p.m. Traffic stop at Teke Burton Drive and West Main Street. A citation was issued for speeding
  • 2:32 p.m. Theft of a 1991 Dodge Spirit from the parking lot of Johnson Christian Village sometime between 1:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. Surrounding police agencies were alerted to the theft
  • 3:05 p.m. Alarm sounding in the 210 block of Frank Street
  • 3:11 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 120 block of Frank Stree
  • 3:13 p.m. Fire alarm sounding at Persimmon Park Apartments in building 6. There were two faulty smoke detectors
  • 3:51 p.m. Disabled vehicle at Meridian Street and Doc Hamilton Boulevard
  • 4:07 p.m. Disabled vehicle on US 50 East, just east of Stove Road
  • 4:27 p.m. 911 call from a residence in the 910 block of Fifth Street. The female caller says she is trying to leave her soon to be ex-husband and he is intoxicated and will not allow her to leave. There are four kids in the home and he is blocking the doorway and will not let her leave
  • 5 p.m. County-wide volunteer fire department weekly radio test
  • 5 p.m. Traffic stop at Teke Burton Drive and West Main Street.
  • 5:14 p.m. Traffic stop at Leatherwood and Standish Steel roads. A female was arrested
  • 5:28 p.m. 911 call from a home in the 7850 block of North County Road 75. Orange County police were alerted
  • 5:45 p.m. 911 call in the 320 block of Stars Boulevard. It was a pocket dial
  • 6:38 p.m. 911 call hangup in the 350 block of Humpback Bridge Road. There was no answer when dispatch called back and no one home when police arrived
  • 7:02 p.m. Controlled fire in the 4500 block of Leesville Road
  • 7:14 p.m. Officers were out with a vehicle in the 1610 block of K Street
  • 7:16 p.m. Child custody issue in the 590 block of Anderson Road
  • 7:21 p.m. Traffic stop in the 1300 block of West Main Street
  • 7:36 p.m. Domestic fight in the 270 block of Burkwood Hills Lane
  • 8:03 p.m. Request for a welfare check on an infant in the 600 block of 9th Street in Oolitic
  • 8:44 p.m. Traffic stop at Orchard Street and Teke Burton Drive
  • 8:48 p.m. A person was on station to reported they had been bitten by a dog in the 700 block of Oak Street in Mitchell
  • 9:29 p.m. Report of vandalism in the 6340 block of State Road 58 East at Boneheads. The tires of a vehicle were slashed
  • 9:42 p.m. Report of harassment in the 430 block of Davey Cox Road
  • 10:14 p.m. Request for a welfare check on an infant in the 600 block of 9th Street in Oolitic. The caller says he was to meet the child’s mother for a custody visit and she didn’t show and the mother has a history of drug use. The child was fine and the mother says the father is just harassing her with police officers
  • 10:27 p.m. Agency assist on State Road 37, north of the Sinclair station
  • 10:32 p.m. 911 call in the 150 block of Dale Street. It was an accidental call
  • 10:40 p.m. Follow up investigation in the 1080 block of Bartlettsville Road
  • 11:25 p.m. Traffic stop at US 50 East at Tabernacle of Praise
  • 11:27 p.m. Medical emergency in the 700 block of Crawford Street
  • 11:29 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 60 East and Noe Road
  • 11:37 p.m. Follow-up investigation in the 160 block of Maple Leaf Road
  • 11:56 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and State Road 60 East. Two were detained for drugs

  • 2:48 a.m. Medical emergency in the 490 block of Trinton Circle is having trouble breathing
  • 3:26 a.m. Request for a welfare check on State Road 37 at the Holiday Drive-In. A male dressed in all black was hitchhiking. Police were unable to locate the male

Accidents – March 7

  • 8:43 a.m. Property damage accident in the 100 block of Industrial Parkway. A female was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated
  • 6:24 p.m. Property damage accident at State Road 158 and Avoca Eureka Road. A female was cited for driving while driver’s license suspended
