Hoosiers Advance In NIT Play

(BLOOMINGTON, IN) – The Indiana Hoosiers got 28 points from Juwan Morgan as they defeated St. Francis 89-72 to advance in the NIT.


Aljami Durham stepped in for Romeo Langford, who sat out the game with a back issue, and dropped 22 points.
The Hoosiers trailed at halftime 40-34 but exploded for 55 points in the second half to pull away.
IU shot over 51-percent from the field and limited the Red Flash to 37-percent as a team.
Indiana will host Arkansas in the second round of the NIT on Saturday.
