Daviess County Arrests

(DAVIESS CO.) – Washington Police arrested three people Friday on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.


Police arrested 42-year-old Shirley Cooker of Loogootee, 24-year-old Tyler Kelly of Montgomery, and 27-year-old Kyle Kelly of Loogootee. They are being held without bond.
The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Washington man on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia, false reporting, and trafficking with an Inmate. Police arrested 23-year-old Andrew Swain who is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 32-year-old James Michael Myers of Washington on Friday on a warrant for domestic battery and strangulation. His bond was set at $50,000.
Indiana State Police arrested Jason Beckett, of Washington, on Friday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and OWI endangerment. He is being held without bond.
The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 25-year-old Alexander Walls of Washington on Friday on a charge of driving while driver’s license suspended with a prior conviction. He is being held without bond.
195 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center Saturday morning.
