Statewide Competition Culminates with JAG Career Development Conference

(INDIANAPOLIS) – The 11th annual JAG Career Development Conference is a culmination of months of regional competitions, which focused on several disciplines critical to employment.


The top students in each category from the regional competitions advanced to Indianapolis for a chance to earn monetary awards by showcasing the employability skills they have learned through the program.
The event will be held at Ivy Tech Community College Culinary and Conference Center, 2820 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis on Friday, March 15, from 9:25 a.m. until 2 p.m. (EDT)
Keynote speaker at 12:50 p.m. is former Indianapolis Colts player and Super Bowl champion Marlin Jackson. The awards ceremony follows from 1:15 p.m. until 2 p.m., capped by Outstanding Senior Award recognizing the senior who exemplifies the JAG spirit through his/her commitment to education, community service, and leadership.
Competition will begin at 9:25 a.m. and conclude at 11:30 a.m. The media is invited to attend the competition as well as lunch.
