Four Arrested On Drug Charges In Washington

(WASHINGTON) – Washington Police arrested four people on drug-related charges on Friday when officers and members of the DEA Task Force searched a home on Jefferson Street.

Police seized 6.5 grams of crystal meth, syringes, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
Police arrested 65-year-old Stevie Shamblin on charges of dealing meth over 5 grams with a prior conviction, possession of meth over 5 grams, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police also arrested 30-year-old Whitney Abbott, 51-year-old Michael Morgan and 49-year-old Percy Lyford on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.
Abbott was also wanted on warrants for petition to revoke probation, possession of meth and leaving the scene of an accident.
