  • 11:36 p.m. 911 investigation in the 720 block of U Street
  • 11:22 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and John Williams Boulevard. Jordan Edwards, 22, Indianapolis, learner’s permit violation, disregarding an automatic signal
  • 9:23 p.m. Request for an officer in the 1820 block of H Street

  • 7:08 a.m. Deputies made extra patrols at Needmore Elementary
  • 7:43 a.m. Request for a welfare check at Williams Dam. A male is possibly in the area and has been making suicidal threats
  • 8:54 a.m. Deputy made extra patrols at Shawswick Middle School
  • 10:21 a.m. Request for animal control to the 400 block of Reuter Lane to check on the welfare of an animal. A male was given until Monday at noon to have six horses buried. It not he will be issued citations
  • 10:51 a.m. Citizen assist at the Mitchell Public Library. A male was arrested
  • 12:05 p.m. Agency assist in the 17240 block of State Road 450. Martin County Sheriff’s Department requested Williams Volunteer Fire Department to assist at the scene where a dump truck overturned
  • 12:14 p.m. A resident in the 910 block of Ridgedale Drive reported his ex-wife has his social security card and will not return it
  • 2:40 p.m. Agency assist in the 220 block of West Oak Street
  • 2:42 p.m. Traffic hazard at State Road 158 and Tripleton Pike:18 02/28/19
  • 3:01 p.m. Deputies made extra patrols in the 500 block of Sunny Acres Drive
  • 3:30 p.m. A female inmate was transported to St. Vincent Dunn Hospital
  • 3:39 p.m. Disabled vehicle at State Road 37 and Hancock Avenue. The vehicle was tagged
  • 3:42 p.m. A resident in the 2700 block of Dixie Highway found four syringes near her mailbox
  • 3:47 p.m. Deputies made extra patrols in the 6260 block of State Road 158
  • 4:49 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 at the Sinclair station. The driver was cited for driving while driver’s license suspended and the vehicle was towed and on hold until they can provide proper insurance
  • 5:16 p.m. Disabled vehicle at State Road 37 and Woodville Road
  • 6:06 p.m. Traffic stop at Teke Burton Drive and Orchard Street
  • 6:18 p.m. Traffic hazard at State Road 37 and Patton Hill Road
  • 6:53 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37, north of Stevens Lane
  • 6:54 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a silver 2-door sports car southbound on State Road 37 from Harrodsburg
  • 6:55 p.m. Domestic fight in the 3160 block of Pleasant Run Road. The caller says a female almost hit them with a vehicle
  • 7:15 p.m. Alarm sounding in the 1520 block of Arthur Road. It was a false alarm
  • 7:27 p.m. Traffic stop in the 3960 block of State Road 37 at the Marathon station. The driver was cited for a seat belt and headlight violation
  • 7:49 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Main Street. The driver was cited for driving while driver’s license suspended
  • 7:56 p.m. Request for animal control to the 1500 block of Felknor Road. A coonhound had been hit by a vehicle and appears to have a broken leg. Police had to put the animal down because of its injuries
  • 8:51 p.m. Report of an unsafe controlled fire in the 2400 block of State Road 158
  • 9:32 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a gray Ford F-150 Nissan northbound on State Road 37 at Doc Hamilton Boulevard
  • 10:07 p.m. Officers were out with a vehicle in the 450 block of Mount Pleasant Road that was blocking both lanes of travel. The vehicle was towed
  • 10:10 p.m. Domestic fight with possible gunshots fired in the 4140 block of Fort Ritner Road at the southwest corner of Nancy Road
  • 10:22 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 7580 block of County Road 425 East in Orleans. Orange County Police were alerted

Incidents – March 1

  • 12:08 a.m. A resident in the 120 block of Indian Creek Road reported she left and returned to find a gas can in the middle of the road and several glass bottles and thought this was suspicious because of recent break-ins. Police say the items had fallen out of a pickup truck going up a hill
  • 12:09 a.m. A resident in the 920 block of Ridgedale Drive. A female reported she was being threatened by a male. The male was no longer at the home
  • 1:27 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 at the Avoca light
  • 3:42 a.m. Alarm sounding at Tieman Tires. It was a false alarm
  • 3:57 a.m. Repossession of a car in the 410 block of Oolitic Road
