(BEDFORD) – A Bedford man was arrested after he crashed his vehicle on Logan Donica Road early Saturday morning.
According to a Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department report, when officers arrived at the scene at 3:16 a.m. they found that a 2001 Ford Mustang had gone off the west side of Logan Donica Road and was stuck in some thick mud and had collided with a fence owned by Danny Walls.
The driver, 28-year-old Corey Ferguson Jr., admitted to police he had been drinking prior to the accident.
He submitted to a field of sobriety tests which police say he failed.
He was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and OWI endangerment.
