  • 6:21 p.m. Christopher Wright, 44, 64 Mason St., possession of meth, unlawful possession of a syringe, wanted on a warrant for failure to appear

  • 8:40 p.m. Officers were out with a person at O and Sixth streets. A male was arrested

  • 5:12 a.m. Traffic stop at 16th Street by the middle shool
  • 6:01 a.m. Report of a semi with no trailer lights northbound on State Road 37 from Oolitic
  • 6:52 a.m. Medical emergency in the 10 block of Valley Lane. A 66-year-old is having trouble breathing.
  • 6:59 a.m. Officers made extra patrols in the 3840 block of Old State Road 37
  • 7:33 a.m. Traffic stop at Spring Haven Road, off State Road 60 East
  • 7:56 a.m. Found property in the 400 block of South Sixth Street
  • 8:06 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Pinewood Drive
  • 8:19 a.m. A person was on station to report a house next to her’s had burned down. The female had gone to work and when she returned the home was burned down
  • 8:33 a.m. Officers made extra patrols in the 390 block of Hillcrest Way
  • 8:38 a.m. Report of an unwanted male in a vehicle of a driveway in the 8490 block of State Road 60 West. The male has made threats to the female caller. The caller needs to go to work and is afraid to leave. The female left without incident
  • 8:50 a.m. Report of an erratic driver in a red Ford F-150 northbound on State Road 37 and Crossroads Church
  • 11:01 a.m. Request for animal control to the 50 block of South Acres Drive for a stray cat
  • 11:05 a.m. Agency assist in the 100 block of Oolitic Lane to assist a Department of Child Services caseworker located a runaway juvenile
  • 11:08 a.m. Medical emergency in the 90 block of Airy Hills Drive. A 72-year-old fell and injured their leg
  • 11:25 a.m. Follow up investigation at Maple Ridge Apartments
  • 11:59 a.m. Controlled fire in the 270 block of Horseshoe Lane
  • 12:09 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1110 block of Fairview Mundell Road. A 68-year-old female fell and injured her shoulder
  • 12:59 p.m. Report of the odor of smoke in the 170 block of North Lafayette Avenue. No fire was found
  • 1:02 p.m. Agency assist on State Road 37 at Avoca for funeral detail
  • 3:13 p.m. Department of Child Services is requesting the assistance of an officer to help remove children from a home. The officer will meet the caseworker at the Avoca Post office
  • 4:44 p.m. Report of a battery in the 300 block of North 8th Street
  • 4:49 p.m. Report of an animal bite in the 90 block of Ridge Road. The dog knocked down a female causing her to hit her head and possibly break her wrist. The caller is taking the female to the emergency room and wants animal control to come get the dog
  • 4:53 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in the 230 block of Woodsferry Road
  • 4:55 p.m. Medical emergency in the 920 block of 8th Street. A male was unresponsive and having trouble breathing
  • 5:16 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a silver Crown Victorian in the 5000 block of US 50 East
  • 6:33 p.m. Medical emergency in the 120 block of West Warren Street. A 66-year-old female was suffering chest pains
  • 7:56 p.m. Disabled vehicle in the 2610 block of Mitchell Road
  • 8:10 p.m. Domestic fight in the 2930 block of Pleasant Run Road
  • 8:12 p.m. 911 call hang up. A female said she was assaulted by a male and he is now on foot walking towards Barlettsville Road
  • 8:36 p.m. Animal control requested to the 1500 block of Dixie Highway. A white dog was on the caller’s property
  • 9:02 p.m. Traffic stop at Rariden Hill Road and State Road 37
  • 9:11 p.m. 911 call reporting it seems like someone was in distress in the 2510 block of 1st Street
  • 9:14 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1440 block of Clark Smith Road. A 76-year-old male collapsed in the bathroom floor and injured his arm

  • 12:26 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and US 50 West
  • 12:43 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Dixie Highway

Accidents – Feb. 11

  • 5:34 a.m. Property damage accident at State Road 450 and Coxton Road. A vehicle was in the water. The driver was checked out by medical personnel at the scene. The vehicle was towed out of the water. An officer stayed on the scene until high water signs were put up
  • 7:09 a.m. Car/deer accident in the 6220 block of State Road 54 West. The deer is in the roadway
  • 5:23 p.m. Property damage accident at State Road 37 and Orschlens
  • 6:35 p.m. Property damage accident at State Road 60 East and Thralls Road
