Hoosiers Fall Up Short Against Hawkeyes

(BLOOMINGTON, IN) – The Indiana Hoosiers got a boost from Juwan Morgan but still came up short against No. 20 Iowa in a 77-72 loss.

Romeo Langford led IU with 22 points while Morgan added 17 but the Hoosiers couldn’t slow down the Hawkeyes’ duo of Jordan Bohannon and Tyler Cook. Bohannon scored a game-high 25 points, including going 5-of-8 from 3-point range while Cook wasn’t far behind with 21.
“They made big baskets and really timely baskets,” Hoosiers coach Archie Miller said about Iowa’s tandem.
The loss is Indiana’s eighth in nine games and they next host the Ohio State Buckeyes on Sunday.
