(DUBOIS CO.) – An inmate in the Dubois County Security Center is facing additional charges following a fight with another inmate.
Police say 22-year-old Austin Zehr of Huntingburg is facing additional felony counts of battery, intimidation, strangulation and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.
Zehr was jailed last fall after he allegedly used brass knuckles during an attack on a Huntingburg Police officer who was attempting to arrest him.
