Are You Interested in Becoming A 4-H Judge?

(COLUMBUS) – Are you interested in judging 4-H Projects in other counties or helping with judging in Lawrence County? Then the Southeast Indiana 4-H Judges’ and Leaders’ Clinic is for you.


On February 23, Purdue Extension is offering a hands-on opportunity for Southeast Indiana judges and leaders to enhance or develop their skills to be a judge or volunteer for Indiana 4-H.
This clinic, hosted in Columbus, is ideal for tenured as well as beginning judges and leaders.
Topics will cover both livestock and exhibit hall projects.
Volunteers will receive the information they can immediately put into practice with their clubs. Judges will be placed on a Preferred Judges’ List for Southeast Indiana 4-H.
The cost is $20 to help cover lunch and materials. The clinic will run from 9:30 a.m. until 3:15 p.m. at Purdue Extension-Bartholomew County Office on Marr Road in Columbus.
