  • 7:15 a.m. Unwanted female at a home in the 320 block of Wells Avenue beating on the door and yelling. This happened in the middle of the night, and she is back again
  • 7:31 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 446, south of State Road 58 East
  • 7:55 a.m. Request for animal control to the 130 block of Vinegar Hill Road to check on two neglected dogs
  • 7:56 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 446 south of Mundell Church Road
  • 8:09 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 446 and State Road 58 East
  • 8:34 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 446 and Gil Gal Road

  • 9:40 a.m. A resident on Old Buddha Road, north of Tunnelton Road at the bottom of the hill found a handgun while fixing his fence. The gun had not been reported stolen and was placed in evidence

  • 11:48 a.m. Request for animal control in the 5130 block of Old Farm Road about an ongoing problem with the neighbor’s dog. The caller has photos as proof
  • 11:48 a.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of East Grissom Avenue looking through windows and stuff on the property
  • 12:02 p.m. 911 call reporting a medical emergency in the 4760 block of North Count Road 100 West in Paoli. Orange County Police was alerted
  • 2:27 p.m. Animal control requested to 16th Street for a stray male lab and female husky. The animals were taken to the shelter
  • 2:39 p.m. Tobacco problem at Courthouse Plaza
  • 3:05 p.m. Document service in the 980 block of Coxton Road
  • 3:18 p.m. Lift assist in the 2450 block of Old State Road 60 West
  • 3:19 p.m. Follow up investigation in the 460 block of Grissom Avenue
  • 3:19 p.m. Theft of a pickup truck in the 5340 block fo State Road 158 at Fayetteville Store. The caller says a female stole his truck after he got out to go into his camper. He did not give the female permission to take the vehicle. At 3:25 p.m. police located the truck
  • 3:26 p.m. Traffic stop in the 1510 block of 16th Street at Hardee’s
  • 3:40 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Teke Burton Drive
  • 4:16 p.m. Traffic stop at Doc Hamilton Boulevard and State Road 37. A citation was issued for speeding
  • 5:03 p.m. Medical emergency in the 4180 block of Dixie Highway. A 41-year-old woman was shaking and weak and unable to move
  • 6:19 p.m. Medical emergency at State Road 158, east of Williams Silverville Road
  • 6:40 p.m. Report of a dead deer in the roadway on State Road 54 and North Pike Road
  • 6:57 p.m. Request for extra patrols in the 1450 block of Norman Road
  • 7:06 p.m. Report of trespassing in the 340 block of Riggle Road. The caller says they were out putting up their chickens for the night and saw a light at the back of their property in the tree line. When the caller yelled out they took off running and then a few minutes later he saw the light again in the tree line, and no one has permission to be on the property
  • 7:10 p.m. Warrant service in the 200 block of West Oak Street
  • 7:50 p.m. Medical emergency at Peerless and Dive roads in front of Shawswick Volunteer Fire Station. A person was having trouble breathing
  • 7:51 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and ApplesAcres. A citation was issued for speeding
  • 8:03 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and West Main Street. A citation was issued for driving while driver’s license suspended. The vehicle was towed
  • 8:19 p.m. Citizen assist in the 1420 block of N Street. The person requested to speak to an officer about drug activity
  • 8:37 p.m. Lift assist in the 380 block of HelMar Drive
  • 8:41 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 at the Marathon Station
  • 10:24 p.m. Domestic fight in the 5480 block of 158 at Fayetteville Baptist Church
  • 11:04 p.m. Theft of items from an apartment at Persimmon Park Apartments
  • 11:15 p.m. Citizen dispute in the 40 block of Patriot Street between an uncle and niece. The caller believes the female is on drugs and she is yelling and screaming and waking up everyone in the house. Earlier she was throwing a fit and destroying the house and left, and now she is back. After police arrived, the female requested an ambulance because of foot pain and being ill. The woman was transported to IU Health Hospital
  • 11:15 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1010 block of 17th Street. A person was suffering chest pains
  • 11:51 p.m. Agency assist at State Road 37 and Spice Valley Road

  • 12:13 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 58 East and Bell Back Road
  • 12:22 a.m. A 40-year-old female in the 230 block of Green Hill Addition reported she had been bitten by her dog. The woman was attempting to break up a fight between two of her dogs when she was injured
  • 12:42 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 58 East and Bell Back Road. A citation was issued for speeding
  • 1:02 a.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 320 block of Dale Street
  • 3:02 a.m. Theft of a cell phone in the 510 blcok of West Warren Street
  • 3:17 a.m. A woman was suffering a mental issue in the 20 block of South Hill Drive

Accidents – Jan. 2

  • 8:38 a.m. Car/deer accident in the 3010 block of Old Vincennes Road. The deer is injured and needs put down
