Paula Dianne Nelson – Bedford
January 12, 1963 – November 17, 2018
Paula Dianne Nelson, 55, of Bedford, died at 5:50 am on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at her residence.
Born January 12, 1963, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Earl Williamson and Sherrlyn Lessig. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her mother, Sherrlyn Lessig; her children, Kristney (Root) Coomer and husband, Rusty, of Springville, Joshua Root and wife, Karen, Coreylyn (Root), Kristan and companion, Tyler Marshall and Kelby Dawn Root, all of Bedford; grandchildren, Caden, Rylyn, Jack, Noah, Hailey, Alexis, Taj, Dylan, Destiny, Isabella, Braxon, Maddox, Parker, and Kingston; a sister, Kelly Mosier and husband, Mike, of Bedford.
She was preceded in death by her father and step-father, Rick Lessig.
Memorial services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 23rd in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will be in Mundell Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the hour of service on Friday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.

F. Colleen Hill – Williams

F. Colleen Hill, 79. born and raised in Williams, Indiana passed away October 31, 2018.
She was the beloved wife of the late Robert G. Hill; Loving Mother of Bradley (Angi); Proud Grandmother of Grant, Michael; Step Grandmother of Attisen McCorkle; Dear Sister of Donald (Dora) Bex, the late Barbara Short; Aunt and Great Aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation at Pedersen Ryberg Mortuary 435 N. York Rd, Elmhurst on Friday, November 23, 2018, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Additional visitation and services will be held Saturday morning in Bedford, Indiana.
Funeral service will be at noon on Saturday, November 24, 2018, at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service hour at the funeral chapel.

Mabel Loueeta Henderson – Bedford
August 25, 1925-November 17, 2018
Mabel Loueeta Henderson, 93, of Bedford, passed away at her residence at 7:09 a.m. on Saturday, November 17, 2018.
Born on August 25, 1925, in Lawrence County, IN, she was the daughter of Volney Kern and Grace (Hall) Kern. Mabel attended Fayetteville High School, and on her graduation day of April 14, she married William J. Henderson, and he preceded her in death on March 10, 2012.
Mabel attended Old Union Church for many years. She was a true Christian throughout her life. She loved all people, was kind, helpful, loving to all, and would always put others before herself. After her marriage, she worked a short while at Fines Shirt Factory. Then she devoted her life to her husband, children, grandchildren, and God. She loved children and spent every day caring for them. She was the best mother ever, teaching right from wrong and always spreading love.
Mabel was truly faithful throughout her life. She enjoyed flower gardening, and flowers were always abundant at her home. As she became weak and sick, she continued to be the best she could for years. She was a sweet, tough little lady, who will be so greatly missed by all who knew her.
Surviving are one son: Tom Henderson of Bedford; one daughter: Joyce Burns and her husband, Bill of Williams; five grandsons: Kevin Henderson and his wife, Shelly, Josh Henderson, Dusty Henderson, Jamie Henderson and his wife, Devin, and Brad Burns and his wife, Christy; three granddaughters: Jodi Henderson, Bridget Adams, and Brigette Burns; seven great-grandchildren: Haley, Joey, Alex, Mackenzie, Traleigh, Cailey, and Nick.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; one son, Joel Henderson; three brothers: Waldo Kern, Paul Lowell Kern, and Olin Kern; and one sister: Elsie Brock.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 21st in the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 20th from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Day & Carter.
