Born September 26, 1950, in Bedford, he was the son of Jesse Earl Mundy and Mildred I. (Burlington) Waggoner.
He had been employed in construction.
Survivors include children, Lori Ann Sinnott, Florida, Tina Mundy, Florida, Zachary Leatherman, Mitchell; 3 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; siblings, Kathy Daubert, Florida, Connie Lantz, Mitchell, Freddy Hopper, Mitchell, Penny Stidham, Mitchell
His parents and brothers, Bobby Mundy and Steven Eugene Hopper, preceded him in death.
Cremation was chosen with no visitation.
