Dennis D. Adcock, 57, of Williams, died on Monday, June 1, 2015 at his home.
The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home.
Gary E. Evans – Bedford
Gary E. Evans, 57, of Bedford, died at 12:17 a.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at his residence.
Born September 7, 1957, in Bedford, he was the son of Eddie L. and Mary Catherine (Chilton) Evans. He was the Owner-Operator of Architectural Stone Sales, Bedford. He was a graduate of Bedford North Lawrence High School with the class of 1975 and a member of the Free Methodist Church, Bedford. He was also a member of NRA, Bedford Boat and Sportsman’s Club and an avid car enthusiast, especially for his 1970 Mustang convertible. He loved hunting and the outdoors, but his greatest love was for his children and grandchildren.
Surviving are his daughter, Amanda Walters, Norman; his son, Christopher E. (Cintheya) Evans, Granbury, TX; his grandchildren, Sanora and Trace Walters and Kyah and Serenity Evans; his companion, Rhonda Goins, Bedford and her children Anon (Crystal) Goins and Audrey Goins; and her grandchildren Dakota and Micah Potter and Ellison Goins; his three sisters, Susan (Mark) Kern and Judy Cessna, both of Mitchell and Jenny (Salim) Semssar, Carmel; his two brothers, Bill (Pam) Evans and John Evans, both of Bedford; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 6, 2015, at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home, Bedford, with pastor Ronnie McLain officiating. Burial will be in Cresthaven Memory Gardens, Bedford. Friends may call on Friday, June 5, from 2 p.m. till 8 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be considered to the Lawrence County Girls and Boys Club.
