Benson “Von” VonFeldt – Mitchell
Benson “Von” VonFeldt age 69 of Mitchell passed away on Wednesday January 14, 2015 at 6:53 p.m. at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
He was born in Denver, Colorado on October 13, 1945 to Ned and Anna (Bieker) VonFeldt. Von married Sharon (Smith) VonFeldt on December 18, 1982 in Las Vegas and she survives. Von was a Farmer and member of the Lutheran Church of Johnstown, Colorado
Survivors include his wife, Sharon VonFeldt of Mitchell, one step-son, Bob VanDenburgh and wife Janie of Mitchell, one step-daughter, Dawna Hathaway of Colorado, seven grandchildren & nine great grandchildren, two sisters, Shirley Wagner of Colorado and Cindy VonFeldt of Colorado
Von was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, two step-daughters, Shellie VanDenburgh and Sherrie Wenzel, one step-son, Donald VanDenburgh.
Cremation with services in Colorado will be held at a later date.
