Sharron A. Farley – Mitchell
Sharron A. Farley, 70, of Mitchell, passed away at 9:31 p.m. Sunday, December 7, 2014, at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital in Bedford.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
Leroy Allbright – Shoals
Leroy Allbright, 62, Shoals, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at his home in Shoals.
He was born on July 1 1952 in Washington, Indiana to Roy and Dorothy (Tolbert) Allbright. Leroy married Beth Sorrless on January 4, 1975 at the Shoals Christian Church.
Leroy graduated from Springs Valley High School with the Class of 1971 and was a veteran of the United States Army serving in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Loogootee United Methodist Church, Fraternal Order of Eagles aeries 2442,Sholas, Veterans of Foreign Wars 8589 and Shoals American Legion Post 61. He was an avid golfer and card player. Leroy retired from Jefferson Trucking was a member of Teamster Local 135 and was a former Marshall for the Town of Shoals.
Survivors include his wife Beth Allbright; mother Dorothy Crecelius, of Bloomington; one daughter Terri LeeAnn Allbright, of Plainville; one grandson Logan Wagler;one granddaughter MacKenzie Allbright one brother Donald Jones and wife Dianna, of Shoals; four sisters Carolyn Tinkle, of Kansas, JoAnn Chambers, of Bloomington, Sue Main, of Bloomington and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Roy Allbright
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at the Queen-Lee Funeral Home in Shoals. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. American Legion Post 61 will accord military rights following the service at the funeral home.

Margie M. Holt – Loogootee
Margie M. Holt, 82, of Shoals, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at 2:45 p.m. at the Loogootee Nursing Center.
She was born June 22, 1932 in Martin County to Lawrence Robbins and Helen (Carnahan) Robbins. Her husband James A. Holt Sr., preceded her in death in May of 2007.
Margie retired from NSC Crane and was previously employed at Tredway’s Market in Shoals and was a Matron at the Martin Count Security Center. She enjoyed baking, but the main focus of her life was her family. She attended Shoals Schools and was of the Christian faith.
She is survived by two sons James A. Holt Jr. and his wife Deb, of New Albany and Terry G. Holt and wife Ronda, of Loogootee; 12 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren; three brothers William Harrison Robbins, Robert Lee Robbins, both of Virginia and David Ray Robbins, of Kentucky.
He is preceded in death by her parents, one son Michael Ray Holt and two brothers John and Eugene Robbins.
Visitation will be from Noon until 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at the Queen-Lee Funeral Home in Shoals. There will be no funeral service and in keeping with Mrs. Holts’ wishes, cremation will follow.
